Ingredients:
3 Roma tomatoes diced
1 medium onion diced
1 bunch of cilantro
2 tablespoons of fresh lime juice (1 lime)
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/8 teaspoon of black pepper
Instructions:
Once everything is diced to your liking mix all the ingredients together. Allow the pico to sit in the fridge for 30 minutes to an hour before serving.
